Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return it:

  • Deadline: 10 calendar days from delivery.
  • Shipping costs, provided they are not due to error or defective goods, shall be borne by the customer:

CHANGE:

  • Shipping at the expense of the CUSTOMER to the att of LOLI VELAZ address c/ montserrat 18 local 08350 arenys de mar, BARCELONA and delivery of the new article at the expense of GLS: 5’50€.
  • Pick up of the item to be returned and delivery of the new item by GLS: 7’50€.

RETURN:

  • Shipment at the expense of the CUSTOMER to the att of LOLI VELAZ address c/ montserrat 18 local 08350 arenys de mar, BARCELONA.
  • We do not accept freight collect shipments.
  • Please send your returns through a reputable shipping company. Gatita Presumida is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during transportation.
  • Once we have verified the perfect condition of the returned product, we will process the exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of a higher value, the difference will be paid.
  • In case of return, the price of the product will be paid in the same way it was paid and within 5 working days after it arrives at our workshop.
